Deadline to Register: Wednesday, July 24, 2019

Class description: This class covers ways people have challenged esignature to win in insurance cases, estate disputes, and simple contracts and what you can do to make sure you don't end up on the losing end of such cases

Presenter:

Karl Ward, Document Builders.

Karl Ward was born and raised in Lakewood, California and is the oldest of 9 children. He graduated from BYU with a BA in Business Management and was part owner in a retail store in Long Beach where he took on a marketing roll and increased business by more than 200% in less than 5 years. The following 5 years he lived in Utah and was the top salesperson in Warren Buffett's retail chain of RC Willey stores. He was recruited by LexisNexis in 1999 to work in their practice management division and spent the next decade improving law firms' efficiency via document automation and workflow management while earning his MBA in Technology Management. When Lexis divested Karl's division he transitioned into esignature as the VP of Sales for iSignhere. Karl purchased iSignhere in 2013 and is currently the owner of Document Builders (the builder of HotDocs' templates for MinnDocs), iSignhere, and co-owner of iSignHereLegal.

Karl has seven children ages 29-16 and is currently engaged to the mother of three more! His favorite pastime outside of document assembly and esignature is coaching tennis at the Salt Lake Tennis & Health Club and at Juan Diego Catholic High School.
