The Law of Presidential Impeachment

When:  Nov 7, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (CT)

Unfortunately this program is at capacity.  We are no longer accepting any registrations.

US Presidents may be sanctioned through the impeachment process and potentially removed from office by the Senate.  Thus far only three past presidents have faced serious impeachment proceedings, yet none have been removed from office. Currently the House of Representatives is exploring impeachment against President Donald Trump. This CLE examines the constitutional requirements and intricacies of impeachment. It will examine the law on impeachment, past impeachment efforts, and how that will potentially apply to the current process affecting Donald Trump and his administration.

This is a brown bag lunch CLE.  Beverages will be provided.
