Special Edition of the Business as Usual Webcast:

The Electronic Frontier Foundation (among others) describe Section 230 of the Communciation Decency Act as "one of the most valuable tools for protecting freedom of expression and innovation on the Internet." Recently, President Trump signed an executive order calling for regulators to review whether it should be abololished. Joe Biden said the law should be revoked, immediately. What's going on?

Eric Goldman is professor at Santa Clara University School of Law. He also co-directs the law school's High Tech Law Institute and co-supervises the law school's Privacy Law Certificate. Goldman is also author at the Technology and Marketing Law Blog.
