Back to School Webinar Week: Easy Document Assembly

When:  Aug 26, 2020 from 08:00 AM to 09:00 AM (CT)
Deadline to register:  8/26/2020

WEBINAR: Remote Participation Only.

Description:

Automating your frequently-used legal documents can reduce drafting time up to 95%. Document assembly can also significantly reduce the likelihood of errors associated with recycling copies of your work product (i.e, 'sins of commission and omission'). In short, document assembly can mean your work is both more efficient and more accurate. If it's such a great solution, why don't more attorneys adopt this technology?

Two reasons: First, document automation often requires someone with some coding experience. Few of us have that person at our disposal. Second, most attorneys want a more intimate relationship with their documents than they might get with the traditional Q&A 'interview' common to document assembly products.

In this session we'll review strategies for overcoming these roadblocks by exploring document assembly tools in Word, community.lawyer, mndocs, and in practice management platforms like Practice Panther. We’ll take a step-by-step approach so you can make an informed decision about a) which applications might serve your immediate needs and b) how you might measure your return on investment in any given doc assembly application.
