Document Automation in Estate Planning – Automating the MN Statutory Power of Attorney Form

When:  Oct 7, 2019 from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM (CT)

Deadline to Register: Thursday, October 3, 2019

REMOTE PARTICIPATION ONLY

Document automation helps you save time, reduce errors, and stop using "find & replace." During this presentation, you will learn the tools and principles necessary to create your own document automations. No technical background required. You will have the opportunity to follow along and create a questionnaire that automates the MN Statutory Power of Attorney Form. This tool can do more than just fill in the blanks; it can allow you to edit entire clauses and phrases to fit the facts of your case. You'll also learn how to customize your tool to populate more documents (e.g. will, healthcare directive) with the same information.
