Description:
Attorneys often need to withdraw from representations. This is often easier
said than done. In this CLE we will explore the difficulties in ethically
withdrawing from representation. We will review the relevant ethics rules and
also discuss areas that trip lawyers up when it comes to withdrawing from a
case.
