Lessons from COVID- Best Practices for Interviewing, Hiring, On-Boarding, and Orienting Remotely

Tips, processes, protocols for how best to function remotely: remote interviews and hiring; introducing new hires into the organization’s community and keeping them engaged; and ensuring ongoing mentoring and professional development opportunities are available and utilized. Discussion will include framework and principles for successful orientation of new attorneys, generally and virtually, with special attention to inclusivity in our COVID times.
