Two questions seem
to dominate conversations focused on law firms looking to grow their
businesses (and
their bottom lines): (1) how to maximize cash flow and get
as much funds from non-paying clients as possible; and (2) how to ethically accept online
payments and utilize them to increase the firm’s revenue. In this session,
we’ll explore all things online payments, including new strategies for collecting on Aged
A/R to get your books out of the red, best practices
for billing and collections, and how online payments can revolutionize your firm (and your receivables). We
will be talking extensively about Rule 1.15 from the Minnesota Rules of
Professional Conduct. Attendees will receive practical advice and tips that they can
actually start using immediately, from an attorney who learned about these
processes by implementing them in a prior firm.
