Just about every legal professional includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat under the "Skills" section on their resume. While many can enter information into these tools, few use these tools to their full potential. In this entertaining and unconventional CLE, you'll watch a lawyer subjecting himself to an online technology audit, observe the messy results, and learn (a) how to avoid the same mistakes, (b) why avoiding them matters, and (c) insure that you use technology in a manner that complies with your duties under the rules of professional conduct.

Dan Learis a technology lawyer, facilitator, and blogger and is currently the principal at Right Brain Law, a legal technology consulting firm. Find him on Twitter at @rightbrainlaw.
