What are the legal considerations when posting photos, videos, and music on your website and LinkedIn? Of all online platforms, LinkedIn, the “professional” social media network, is the popular and comfortable choice among lawyers with its more serious and professional tone. That’s why, according to the ABA Legal Technology Survey report, more than 93% of lawyers surveyed currently use LinkedIn. In this presentation, panelists will discuss managing a firm website, what to post and not post, and how they use LinkedIn in their practice areas.
