A Trial Books CLE: Trial Books is a new practicelaw resource. Members provide a complete collection of successful trial documents, from "complaint to closing argument." These documents are then introduced in our Trial Books CLE series. In this presentation, Tim Baland and Samuel Spaid will cover the basics of an eviction proceeding. Join us in the Apex Conference training room on the ground floor of the City Center Building (first floor below the MSBA Offices).
