Before you begin using the eFile and eServe system (eFS), it is recommended that you review the following documents:
When you’re ready to start using eFS, register for and attend a training session to learn about the system and how to use it. The live web-based (WebEx) sessions are open to all eFS users. The sessions are applicable statewide and are approximately 60 minutes, including time for questions.
Ensure you have the necessary software to login to the WebEx session
Please note that there is a minimum attendance of five; notice of cancellation is posted on this page at least 24 hours in advance if a session is canceled due to low registration.
