MN Legal Events - Week of 4/3

By Michael R Carlson posted 04-03-2017 11:15 AM

Springtime peppers the 17 legal events this week including the MSBA Appellate Section's Spring Social on April 4 and Mitchell Hamline's Spring Fling on April 7. UST Law Journal's Spring Symposium is Presidential Executive Power under the Constitution: Uses, Abuses, and Prospects for the Future. (5 free CLE credits!)

It's actually a busy week at UST. UST Black Law Student Association hosts Breaking the School-to-Prison Pipeline: A Conversation about Juvenile Justice on 4/5. On 4/7, Ross Douthat and Cornel West tackle Christianity and Politics in the U.S. Today. There are no more seats for this event but UST says, "If you are willing to take a chance that a seat becomes available due to a 'no-show,' we will be passing out wait-list tickets at 5:45 p.m. on the third floor of ASC. At 6:40 p.m. we will offer any open seats to people on the wait-list on a first come, first serve basis."
