I represent a party who negotiated a settlement in Dissolution of Marriage Action. In that action she was granted a lien on non-homestead real property.
The former spouse disappeared years ago and cannot be located. I need to foreclose on the property. I have done mortgage foreclosures but never a
foreclosure on a marital lien granted in a dissolution action. Does anyone know where I may procure materials or examples on this and any information?
Also I would be willing to share fees in this to help get this matter done.
